Rules and Regulation

Event: BGMI Grand Finale

Venue: Multipurpose Hall / Badminton Court (Shobhit University)

Participants: Top 16 Qualified Teams Only

1. On-Site Reporting & Verification

  • Reporting Time: All 16 teams must report to the venue 30 minutes before the scheduled start time.
  • Physical Verification: Players must produce their physical College ID cards at the registration desk. If a player does not have their ID, they will not be allowed to play.
  • Seating: Teams will be assigned specific seating slots. Players must remain in their designated seats during the match.

2. Devices & Connectivity

  • BYOD (Bring Your Own Device): Players are required to carry their own mobile devices and earphones/headphones.
  • Charging: Charging points may be limited; teams are advised to bring power banks or ensure devices are fully charged.
  • Internet:
    • Players must arrange their own stable mobile data.
    • Note: Wi-Fi may be provided by the university, but the organizers take no responsibility for speed fluctuations, ping spikes, or packet loss.

3. Technical Issues & Restart Policy

  • Server Crash: If the match crashes due to a global game server issue affecting all players, the Admins will restart the match.
  • Player Disconnect: Any player disconnecting due to personal network issues, device failure, battery drain, or game crash will NOT be granted a rematch or re-entry. The game continues for the remaining survivors.
  • Admin Decision: All decisions regarding technical pauses or restarts made by the Tournament Admins are final and binding.

4. Streaming & Fair Play

  • Official Stream: Organizers reserve the right to stream the match on the venue’s big screen and record gameplay for promotional use.
  • Stream Sniping: Personal live streaming by participants is strictly prohibited to prevent stream sniping.
  • Proof of Play: Players must provide screenshots of their results or screen recordings if requested by Admins for fair-play verification.

5. Prizes & Results

  • Winner: Cash Prize + Trophy
  • Runner-Up: Cash Prize + Certificates
  • MVP: Awarded to the player with the highest individual kills in the Final.
  • Distribution: Prizes will be awarded on stage after a final fair-play verification check.
  • Disputes: Results declared by the organizers are final and cannot be challenged.
