1. Finalist Confirmation

• Stage Fee: Selected teams must pay the balance Finale Fee of Rs. 1000/- to secure their slot.
• Passes: This fee includes backstage access passes for all registered team members.

2. Technical Deliverables (Crucial for the “Grand” Look)

• Deadlines: All technical assets must be submitted 72 hours prior to the show via Google Drive.
• Visuals (LED Wall):
  • Teams MUST provide a high-resolution video loop (1920x1080p MP4) to play on the LED backdrop.
  • Static images are allowed but not recommended.
  • Note: If no visual is provided, a generic Sangeetam logo will be displayed.
• Audio:
  • Single mixed track (MP3/WAV) required.
  • The track must include the Intro and Outro.
  • Sound Check: A specific time slot will be given for a sound/light check. Teams missing this slot will walk blindly.
• Lighting Scripts: If the team has specific lighting requirements (e.g., “Red wash for intro, Strobe for climax”), the Show Director must submit a Lighting Cue Sheet.

3. Performance & Choreography

• Time Limit: 8 to 12 Minutes (extended for grandness).
  • Includes: Narrator→ Intro Ramp Walk→ Designer Bow →Exit.
  • Strict Penalty: The music will fade out automatically at the 12-minute mark.
• Stage Conduct:
  • Formations: Teams are encouraged to use the full stage width and ramp.
  • Stance: No stopping on the ramp for more than 10 seconds per model.
  • Narrator: Teams must provide their own pre-recorded narration (embedded in the audio track) OR a script for the host to read.

4. Costumes & Decorum

• Modesty: While we encourage high fashion, inappropriate or lingerie-style exposure without artistic justification is prohibited.
• Footwear: Models must be comfortable walking in their chosen footwear. Tripping hazards should be avoided.
• Green Room: Only registered team members with badges are allowed in the Green Room.
• Cleanliness: Hairspray, glitter, and makeup spills must be cleaned up by the team.

5. Props & Safety

• Allowed: Handheld props, headgear, capes.
• Prohibited: Fire, water, live animals, powders, glass, or confetti poppers (these ruin the ramp for the next team).

6. Judging Criteria (100 Points)

• Theme & Originality: Is the collection unique? Does it tell a story?
• Costume Design & Detailing: Fit, finish, and aesthetic.
• Choreography & Coordination: Formation transitions and synchronization.
• Ramp Walk & Attitude: Model confidence and pose.
• Music & Visual Experience: How well did the audio/video match the walk?

The final divide up, and if any changes will be informed 72 hours before the competition.

7. Prizes

• Best Collection (Winner): Cash Prize + Trophy + Career Contracts (on agency’s discretion).
• Best Walk (Runner-Up): Cash Prize + Trophy + Career Contracts (on agency’s discretion).
• Best Male Model & Best Female Model: Individual Sashes + Certificates+ Career Contracts (on agency’s discretion).

8. Organizer Rights

• Organizers reserve the right to stop music if the content is offensive.
• Green Room allocation is at the discretion of the organizers.
• Submitted designs may be used by Sangeetam for promotional purposes with credit to the creator.
