1. Eligibility & Registration

• The competition is open to amateur and semi-professional bands
  
• Each band must register before the deadline
  
• A band must consist of minimum 3 and maximum 8 members
  
• Band members must remain the same throughout the competition
  
• One band name per team; name cannot be changed after registration
• Registration Fees: Rs 5,000
• Maximum Participants allowed:10 teams
  

2. Performance Time & Set Rules

• Each band will be given 12+5 minutes total performance time (including setup and sound check)
  
• Exceeding the allotted time will result in point deduction.
  
• Performances must start and end on the organizer’s signal
  
• Bands must be ready backstage at least 30 minutes before their slot
  

3. Music & Content Guidelines

• Bands may perform original compositions and/or cover songs
  
• If covers are performed, significant originality or arrangement is encouraged
  
• Lyrics must not include hate speech, extreme obscenity, or offensive content
  
• Any political or controversial content must be pre-approved

4. Instruments & Equipment

• Standard backline (drum kit, amps, microphones) will be provided by organizers
  
• Bands may bring personal instruments and pedals(as per their requirements)
• Must be pre Consulted  with the Organizing Team.
  
• No change of major equipment between songs
  
• Sound checks will be limited and strictly timed
  

4. Judging Criteria

Bands will be judged based on:

• Musical skill & tightness
  
• Stage presence & confidence
  
• Originality & creativity
  
• Crowd engagement
  
• Overall performance impact
  

Judges’ scores and decisions are final and non-negotiable

6. Conduct & Professionalism

• Respect judges, organizers, other bands, and audience
  
• No abusive language, aggression, or on-stage damage
  
• No alcohol or substance use on stage
  
• Any misconduct may lead to immediate disqualification

7. Setup & Changeover

• Bands must complete setup and teardown within the allotted time
  
• Delays caused by the band will result in time deduction
  
• Organizers are not responsible for instrument damage or loss
  

8. Technical Issues

• Technical problems due to organizer equipment will be handled by the event team
  
• Issues caused by band’s own gear are band’s responsibility
  
• No re-performance unless approved by judges
  

9. Prizes & Results

• Winners will be announced after judges’ final review
  
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged
  
• Results will not be questioned once announced
  

10. Organizer Rights

1. Organizers reserve the right to:
   
   • Modify rules and schedule
     
   • Disqualify bands for rule violations
     
   • Use performance photos/videos for promotional purposes
     
2. Participation implies full acceptance of all rules
