1. Eligibility & Participation
- The competition is open to all College / University students.
- Participants must register before 25th February, 2025.
- Each participant is allowed one entry only
- College / University / UniversityUniversity ID will be required for verification
2. Theme & Creativity
- No theme is defined for this competition
- Participants are free to express their creativity and artistic skills.
- Any subject, concept, or style is allowed.
- Offensive, political, or inappropriate content is strictly prohibited
3. Time Limit
- Total time allotted: 2+1 hours
- Late submissions will not be accepted
- Participants must stop work immediately when time is announced
4. Canvas Specifications
- Canvas size will be dimensions18*24
- Canvas will be provided by the organisers.
- Only one canvas per participant is allowed
- No replacement canvas will be provided in case of damage
5. Materials & Tools
- Participants must bring their own colors, brushes, and tools
- Allowed:
- Acrylics
- Poster colors
- Brushes, palette knives
- Not allowed:
- Spray paint
- Digital or printed material
- Pre-made cutouts or stickers
6. Originality Rules
- Artwork must be original and created on the spot
- No pre-drawn sketches, outlines, or markings are allowed on the canvas
- Reference images may be used only for inspiration, not direct copying.
- Candidates can use mobile phones and samples for inspiration.
7. Conduct & Discipline
- Any form of copying or misconduct will lead to disqualification
- Participants must clean their workspace after completion

Artwork will be presented by the
- Relevance to the theme
- Creativity & originality
- Visual impact
- Color usage & composition
- Overall presentation
9. Submission & Display
- Completed artwork must be submitted within the allotted time
- Artworks will be exhibited to the judges and expertise.
- Participants are required to provide a short description of their work
10. Organizer Rights
- Organizers reserve the right to:
- Modify rules if necessary
- Disqualify participants for rule violations
- Use images of artwork for promotional purposes
- Participation implies acceptance of all rules
