1. Registration & Eligibility
- Eligibility: Open to individual College/ University students only.
- A valid College/University ID card is mandatory.
- Registration Fee: ₹200 (Non-refundable)
- Registration Deadline: Registration is open till 20th Feb, 2026.
2. Primary Screening stage

2.1 Video Submission Guidelines
- Participants must submit a sample audio recording for the online qualification round
- Duration: Minimum 1.5 – 3 minutes.
- Format: YouTube link (Unlisted/Public) or Google Drive link (Open Access).
- Rules:
- The audio must be recorded exclusively by the participant and must represent their original voice.
- The recording should be clear, with minimal background noise.
- Background music is allowed but should not overpower the vocals.
- Audio files must be submitted in MP3 or WAV format only.
- The duration of the sample audio must be between 1.5 to 3 minutes.
- The file name should include:
SoloSinging_Participant Name
2.2. Qualification Criteria
Participants will be shortlisted based on:
- Vocal quality and clarity
- Pitch accuracy and control
- Rhythm and timing
- Overall musical expression
- Adherence to submission guidelines.
Results will be announced via email and official Sangeetam social media handle by 22nd Feb 2026.
2.3. Organizer Rights
- Organizers reserve the right to reject the entries of participants if
- The submitted audio is found to be edited, auto-tuned, or digitally manipulated.
- The voice does not belong to the participant (lip-syncing or third-party vocals).
- Multiple entries are submitted by the same participant.
- The audio file format or duration does not comply with the rules.
- Any false or misleading information is provided during registration.
- Submits incomplete information or corrupted links.
- Participation implies full acceptance of these preliminary rules.
