• Personal Information: Name, Email Address, Phone Number, University/College Name, Student ID/Roll Number.
• Payment Data: We do not store credit card details. All payment processing is handled by our third-party payment gateway (e.g., Unstop,PayU).

3. How We Use Your Information: We use the information we collect or receive:

• To facilitate account creation and logon (for event registration).
• To send administrative information (updates on schedule changes, headliner details, etc.).
• To enforce our terms, conditions, and policies.
• To ensure security and prevent fraud during the fest.

• University Authorities: If required for security or disciplinary reasons within Shobhit University, Meerut.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Rule All ticket sales and registrations for Sangeetam 2026 are final and non-refundable.

2. Cancellation by the Attendee

• If you are unable to attend the event, no refunds will be issued.
• Ticket transfers (giving your ticket to another student) are Not Allowed. 

3. Cancellation or Rescheduling by Organizers

• In the unlikely event that Sangeetam 2026 is cancelled entirely, we will process a full refund to the original method of payment within 10-15 business days.
• If the event is postponed (e.g., dates moved from Feb 13–15 to a later date), your registration will be automatically valid for the new dates. If you cannot attend the new dates, you must request a refund within 72 hours of the announcement.

4. Artist Lineup: The artist lineup (including headliners) is subject to change. No refunds will be issued solely due to a change in the artist lineup.

Terms and Conditions

1.Eligibility: Participation is open to all students of Shobhit University and other recognized institutions (Student must be 16+). You must carry a valid University/College/ School ID card to enter the campus.

2. Code of Conduct

• Zero Tolerance: We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, violence, ragging, or possession of illegal substances (drugs/alcohol) on campus premises.
• Security Check: All attendees are subject to security frisking at the entrance. Prohibited items (alcohol, weapons, sharp objects) will be confiscated.
• Discipline: The Sangeetam organizing committee and Shobhit University administration reserve the right to remove any individual from the venue for misconduct without a refund.

3. Intellectual Property All content on this website (logos, text, graphics) is the property of Sangeetam and Shobhit University. You may not reproduce it without permission.

4. Liability: Sangeetam Organizers and Shobhit University are not responsible for:

• Loss or theft of personal belongings during the fest.
• Any injury or health issues arising during the event, though basic first aid will be available.

4. Shipping/Delivery Policy

Delivery Policy

• This policy is a requirement of our payment gateway.
• Digital Goods: Tickets and registration confirmations are digital. Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with a QR code or Ticket ID immediately.
• No Physical Shipping: We do not ship physical tickets. Please carry a digital copy or printout of your confirmation email along with your College ID to the venue.
