Theme: Open Genre (Rock, Metal, Fusion, Indie, Pop, etc)
1. Registration & Eligibility
- Student Status: All band members must be current university/college students. Valid College ID cards will be required for verification if shortlisted.
- Registration Fee: Rs. 500 per band (Non-refundable).
- Deadline: All registration forms and video links must be submitted by 20th Feb, 2026.
2. Video Submission Guidelines
- Format: Submit a YouTube or Google Drive link. Ensure access permissions are set to “Public” or “Anyone with the link.”
- Content: The video must be a live performance recording (Jam room or stage footage is preferred). Music videos with heavy studio editing/lip-syncing will be penalized or rejected.
- Duration: Minimum 4 minutes, Maximum 6 minutes.
- Audio Quality: Audio must be clear enough for judges to hear individual instruments and vocals.
3. Selection Process
- Entries will be screened by a panel of professional musicians.
- The Top 8-10 Bands will be shortlisted for the Grand Finale at Shobhit University, Meerut during Sangeetam 2026.
- Note: Shortlisted bands will be required to pay a Final Round Confirmation Fee of Rs. 3,500 to secure their performance slot.
- Shortlisted bands will be announced on social media and notified via email
