1. Registration & Eligibility
- Participation is open to undergraduate and postgraduate students from recognized institutions.
- Each team must consist of a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 4 members.
- All participants must carry a valid Student Identity Card, which must be produced at the time of reporting.
- Registration Fee: ₹500 per team
- Registration Deadline: 25th February, 2026
- Incomplete or late registrations will not be considered.
- Team composition cannot be changed after registration.
2. Competition Rules
- The case study will be provided by the organizers prior to or at the venue (as communicated).
- Teams are required to analyze the case and present their solutions using Microsoft PowerPoint (PPT) only.
- Presentation Duration: 15 to 20 minutes (including case explanation and recommendations)
- Slide Limit: Maximum 10–12 slides (excluding title and reference slides, if any).
3. Judging Criteria
Teams will be evaluated on the following parameters:
- Content Quality & Presentation Structure
- Presentation Skills & Clarity of Communication
- Analytical Depth and Critical Thinking
- Feasibility and Practicality of Recommendations
- Question & Answer Performance
The decision of the judges will be final and binding.
4. Conduct and Discipline
- Participants must maintain professionalism, decorum, and mutual respect toward judges, organizers, staff, and fellow participants.
- Indecent behavior or misconduct will lead to immediate disqualification.
- Arguments, disruptions, or inappropriate interaction with judges or organizers are strictly prohibited.
- Any violation of competition rules may result in disqualification at the discretion of the organizers.
5. Results and Prizes
- Results will be announced after the final evaluation by the judging panel.
- Judges’ score sheets and detailed evaluations will not be disclosed.
- Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
- Winner and Runner-Up teams will receive: Cash Prizes, Certificates & Trophies
6. Organizer Rights
- The organizers also reserve the right to disqualify any team found guilty of misconduct or rule violations.
- All decisions taken by the organizing committee will be final and binding.
