1. Eligibility & Registration
- Open to individual performers only (unless stated otherwise)
- Participants must register before the event
- Valid ID may be required for verification
- No late registrations once the event begins
- Registration fees: 500
- Maximum Participants: 10
2. Performance Format
- Performance type: Solo Beatboxing / Solo Rap
- Time limit:-
- Beatboxing: 2–3 minutes
- Rap: 2–3 minutes
- Exceeding time limit will result in point deduction
- Performance order will be decided by the organizers
3. Content Guidelines
- Lyrics and sounds must not include:
- Hate speech
- Extreme obscenity
- Threats or violence
- Personal insults are allowed only in battle rounds, not hate-based attacks
- Political or controversial content must be pre-approved
- Organizers reserve the right to stop a performance if content violates rules
4. Beatboxing Rules (Specific)
- No instrumental or digital assistance allowed
- Only mouth, lips, voice, and throat sounds permitted
- Loop pedals, effects, or backing tracks are not allowed
- Mic technique is allowed but mic abuse is not
5. Rap Rules (Specific)
- Acapella or backing track format will be announced beforehand
- If using a backing track:
- No pre-recorded vocals allowed
- Track must be submitted before the event
- Reading lyrics from a phone or paper is not allowed
- Freestyle rounds (if any) will be announced separately
6. Judging Criteria
Participants will be judged on:
- Rhythm & flow
- Originality & creativity
- Clarity & control
- Stage presence & confidence
- Crowd engagement
Judges’ decisions are final and binding
7. Conduct & Sportsmanship
- Respect opponents, judges, and audience
- No aggressive behavior, mic snatching, or physical contact
- No interruption during another participant’s performance
- Unsportsmanlike conduct may lead to disqualification
8. Technical Issues
- Microphone and sound system will be provided
- Sound check will be minimal and time-restricted
- Technical issues caused by organizer equipment will be addressed
- No re-performance for personal mistakes or memory lapses
9. Prizes & Results
- Winners will be announced after judge evaluation
- Prizes are non-transferable
- Results will not be reconsidered after declaration
10. Organizer Authority
- Organizers reserve the right to:
- Modify rules if required
- Change performance order or format
- Disqualify participants for rule violations
- Participation implies acceptance of all rules
