Medium: Charcoal and pencil
1. Eligibility & Registration
- Eligibility: Open to individual students only.
- Participants must carry a valid College/University ID card
- Registration fee: ₹200 per participant (non-refundable)
- Registration Deadline: Registration is open till 25th February, 2026.
- In case of registrations exceeding the limit, participants will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Theme & Creativity
- Participants are free to sketch any subject and show their creativity.
- Sketches must not include offensive, political, or inappropriate content.
3. Time Limit
- Total time allotted: 2 hours + 15 mins
- Participants must stop working immediately at the final signal
- Exceeding time limits may lead to disqualification
4. Materials & Medium
- Participants must bring their own sketching materials
- Allowed materials:
- Pencil, eraser, sharpener
- Charcoal
- Graphite stick
- Blenders/ Brushes/ painting knives are allowed
- Use of color materials is not allowed.
- A paper/sketch (A3) sheet will be provided by the organizers.
5. Submission Guidelines
- Only one sketch per participant is allowed.
- The participant’s name, College / University name, and registration number must be written on the back of the sheet.
- Late submissions will not be accepted.
6. Originality & Fair Play
- Sketches must be original and created during the competition
- Pre-drawn sketches, tracing, or copying from references is prohibited
- Any form of plagiarism will result in immediate disqualification
7. Judging Criteria (100points)
- Creativity & Concept – 30
- Composition & Proportion – 25
- Line Quality & Shading – 25
- Overall Impact & Neatness – 20
8. Conduct & Discipline
- Maintain discipline and silence during the competition
- No collaboration or external assistance allowed
- Mobile phone usage is strictly prohibited.
- Any misconduct may result in disqualification
9. Submission & Display
- Finished sketches must be submitted within the given time
- Organizers may display sketches for judging or exhibition
- Participant details must be written as instructed
10. Results & Prizes
- Results will be announced after evaluation
- Winner: Cash prize, Certificate, and trophy
- Runner-up: Certificate and trophy
- Other participants will be awarded with participation certificates only.
11. Organizer Rights
- Organizers reserve the right to:
- Modify rules if required
- Disqualify participants violating rules
- Use images of sketches for promotional purposes
- Participation implies acceptance of all rules
