1. Registration & Eligibility
- Eligibility: Open to individual students only.
- Participation Fee: ₹200 (Non-refundable).
- Registration Deadline: 25th February, 2026.
- Entry Limit: Single entry per participant.
- In case registrations exceed the limit, selection will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
- A valid College/University ID card is mandatory.
2. Performance Format
- Type: Stand-up comedy or mimicry (solo performance only).
- Performance Duration: 3–5 minutes (including entry and exit).
- Language: Hindi / English / Bilingual.
- Performances must be live; no pre-recorded audio or video is allowed.
- Storytelling, observational comedy, and satire are allowed
- Skits, mimicry with props, or group acts are not allowed
3. Time management
- Each participant will be given 3–5 minutes
- Time includes the introduction and performance
- Exceeding the time limit will result in a point deduction or disqualification
- A warning signal will be given before time ends
4. Content Guidelines (IMPORTANT)
- Content must be original and self-written
- Plagiarism or copying jokes from known comedians is strictly prohibited
- The following are not allowed:
- Hate speech or personal attacks
- Political or religious propaganda
- Extreme vulgarity or offensive language
- Mimicry of public figures is allowed only if it remains respectful and non-offensive.
- Mild adult humor is limited to some extent. Excessive adult jokes would lead to disqualification
Organizers reserve the right to stop a performance if the content violates the rules.
5. Language
- Performances may be in English, Hindi, or bilingual format
- Clear pronunciation and audibility are expected
6. On-Stage Rules
- Reporting Time: Participants must report 30 minutes prior to the event.
- Microphone: Will be provided by the organizers.
- Props: Minimal handheld props allowed (subject to approval).
- Penalty: Exceeding the time limit will result in a point deduction.

- Voice Modulation / Expressions
- Audience Engagement
- Overall Impact
8. Conduct & Discipline
- Respect the audience, judges, and fellow participants
- No arguing with judges or organizers
- No interruption during others’ performances
- Any misconduct may lead to disqualification
- Judges’ decisions are final and binding
9. Technical & Stage Rules
- No sound check or rehearsal on stage
- No re-performance will be given for personal mistakes
- Technical issues caused by organizers will be handled at their discretion
10. Results & Prize
- Results will be announced after evaluation
- Judges’ score sheets will not be disclosed
- Awards :
- Winner: Prize money, Certificates, and a trophy
- Runner-up: Gift hamper and Certificates
- Participants will be awarded with Certificates
11. Organizer Rights
- Organizers reserve the right to:
- Modify rules or performance order
- Disqualify participants for violations
- Use photos/videos for promotional purposes
- Participation implies acceptance of all rule
